Ya know we need rules for the non-RP oriented BBS to prevent spam and flaming on them. i.e. The welcome boards and the art boards.

Is that really necessary, though? We could deal with it as the problem comes along, but right now, it's a small community, and it's an RP community at that. It's already been made clear that anyone stirring up trouble will be banned, and it'd be pretty easy to do that with the small number we have at the moment.

But the non-RP boards are pretty generic, and this isn't the sort of group to attract non-RPers. What kind of average Joe would go looking for a Touhou Fansite, among the thousands there are, and decide just to troll on THIS one? If a problem arises, it'll get dealt with - the kind of group this attracts knows what's acceptable forum manners and what's not. The same goes for any adult, actually. It's kinda paranoid to be thinking so early that we're gonna get the shit trolled out of us.
